Protection tools we provide

Self-Exclusion

If you want to suspend your account temporarily or for a longer period, you can request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Set a time period and take a break from playing.

Deposit Limits

You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. If you want to lower your limit, it does not change immediately — there is a 24-hour waiting period.

Time-Out

You can use the Time-Out tool via Live Chat to temporarily close your account for 1 to 90 days. It cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

Checking Your Gaming History

You can review your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history inside your account. Use this data to look back and assess your playing patterns.

Keeping a Healthy Mindset About Gaming

Take a step back and ask yourself — "Am I playing just for fun, or am I playing to chase losses?" This question can help you make an important decision.

Signs that gambling may be a problem

If one or more of the following signs applies to your life, it is time to seek help.

Continuing to play in order to chase money you have already lost
Borrowing money under another reason in order to fund gambling
Hiding the amount you gamble from family and friends
Feeling regret after nights of bad play
Feeling upset, angry, or anxious when gambling goes badly
Playing for hours without setting a time limit in advance
Having conflicts with work, studies, or family because of gambling

Responsible Gambling Guidelines

Always keep these in mind when you play —

Set a budget — Decide how much you will spend before you start, and stop immediately once you reach that amount.

Set a time limit — Limit your play time and take care of the rest of your day.

Don't chase losses — Accept a losing day for what it is and stop playing.

Don't treat it as income — Gambling is not a way to earn money — it is entertainment only.

Don't play when tired — Avoid gambling when you are exhausted so you don't make poor decisions.

Gambling is only entertainment when you understand the risks involved. Players under 21 are not permitted.

What You Should Know About Responsible Gambling

This is to protect the age at which a person can responsibly make financial decisions. mmk678 does not allow anyone under 21 to play — this policy is in place to safeguard players' long-term wellbeing.

No. Once a Self-Exclusion period is set, your account will not be reopened until that period is complete. This is a protection measure to help you stay in control, and we respect each individual's decision.

There is a 24-hour waiting period before a deposit limit increase takes effect. This means a request made today will only apply from tomorrow. This system is in place to encourage careful, considered decisions. Reducing a limit, however, takes effect immediately.

Time-Out is a temporary account suspension lasting between 1 and 90 days, after which your account can be reopened automatically. Self-Exclusion is a longer suspension (over 90 days) that requires you to request reactivation yourself. If you want to step away from gambling for the long term, choose Self-Exclusion.

You can review your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history inside your mmk678 account. Ask yourself: am I depositing frequently? Am I playing beyond my budget? These questions can be answered by checking your records. If you spot a problem, contact 24/7 Live Chat right away.

Stop playing immediately and request a Self-Exclusion or Time-Out. Contact mmk678's 24/7 Live Chat (in Burmese) or email [email protected] — the support team will help you set financial limits, and your personal information will be kept confidential.
