mmk678 FAQ — find answers to all your questions here

mmk678 supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay — 4 payment methods in total. All of these are widely used digital payment systems in Myanmar, and deposits are available 24/7. Withdrawals can also be made through the same 4 methods.

If your account has not been credited after more than 15 minutes from your deposit, contact the customer support team via live chat. Have your transfer slip or screenshot ready — it should include the transaction ID, amount, and time of deposit. The support team will check and resolve it as quickly as possible.

The minimum deposit at mmk678 is 10,000 Ks. This amount is the same across all methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum withdrawal is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Open the KBZPay app and transfer to the bank account or phone number provided by mmk678. Then log in to your mmk678 account and enter the transaction ID and amount in the deposit record. You can deposit from 10,000 Ks and your account will be credited shortly after. If you have any technical issues with KBZPay, contact us via live chat.

The deposit process for Wave Money is the same as KBZPay. Transfer to the mmk678 service account via the Wave Money app, then enter the transaction code in the platform. You can deposit from a minimum of 10,000 Ks. CB Pay and AYA Pay work in the same way. If you run into any technical issues, reach out via live chat.

To move up the VIP levels at mmk678, we consider your play history, wagering volume, and how consistently you continue playing on the platform. There are 5 tiers from Bronze to Diamond. For more details, feel free to ask the customer support team.

The mmk678 VIP tiers are — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). The higher your tier, the more cashback you earn. Reaching Diamond unlocks mmk678's highest-level benefits.

Cashback is calculated based on your wagering volume (valid bets) for the week. For example, a Gold tier member can earn up to 0.9%, and cashback is credited every Monday. You can use your cashback to keep playing. For full VIP terms and conditions, check with the support team.

Higher VIP tiers come with increased cashback, as well as priority customer service, exclusive promotions and coupons, and bonuses on selected games. mmk678 has announced that Diamond tier members receive specially dedicated priority service. Contact support for more details.

Yes, mmk678 covers a wide range of international football matches including the English Premier League (EPL), Myanmar National League (MNL), UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. MNL fixtures popular with Myanmar players are featured, and Myanmar national team matches are included as well.

An accumulator (Acca) is a bet where you combine multiple matches into a single bet. If one match loses, the entire stake is lost — but because the odds multiply together, the potential payout is much higher. mmk678 supports Accas, and you can combine from 2 matches up to many. The more matches you add, the higher the risk, so weigh it up carefully before placing your bet.

Live betting (in-play betting) lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds shift constantly based on how the game unfolds, so you need a good read of the match before making a decision. mmk678 supports this feature.

Once a match ends and the official result is out, most bets are settled within 30 minutes. For postponed or abandoned matches, mmk678 will handle settlement according to its terms and conditions, and players will be notified when those situations occur.

Decimal odds (e.g. 2.50) mean that for every 1 Ks staked, you get back 2.50 Ks — a profit of 1.50 Ks. With Asian Handicap, if Team A has a -0.5 handicap, they must win outright for the bet to pay. There is no draw result, which makes outcomes cleaner, and that is why players prefer it. On mmk678 you can choose your preferred odds format.

For most players, a single NRC (showing your photo and face) is enough. If the NRC image is unclear or blurry, you can submit a passport photo instead. Your payment account name must match your mmk678 account name — please note that a mismatch may cause issues when withdrawing.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is carried out to prevent account theft and financial fraud. It also ensures that withdrawals are sent only to the player's own account. mmk678 has this step in place because player protection is a priority.

Please resubmit a clear, well-lit photo without blur or shadows. If names do not match, attach a name confirmation letter issued by your bank. If the second submission is also rejected, contact the support team via live chat and they will assist you directly. Note that 24-hour support is available.

If your connection drops, your football bet amount is not lost — it is recorded on the server side. For slots or live casino games, the result of each spin or round is determined by the server first, so when you reconnect you will see the result. If the problem persists, contact live chat.
